Gaurab Sen

Mr Gaurab Sen joined Sasakawa India Leprosy Foundation as Head – Programmes in 2020. After two years of service n the organisation, he assumed the charge of the Chief Executive Officer of S-ILF in December 2022. He has more than two decades of experience in the development sector including a short stint with the United Nations regional office in Bangkok, Thailand. Mr Sen has worked in differentparts of India with various marginalised communities, such as persons with disabilities, Adivasis, women, survivors of human trafficking and persons affected by Leprosy and their families. He obtained his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from Viadrina European University, Germany. He has been awarded with various Awards and Recognitions from all over the Globe which includes Best CEO in India 2025, Kindness and Leadership Awardee 2025 by British High Commission to Singapore, Asia Awards 2025 for Asia’s Visionary CEO for Humanitarian Impact Awards and many more accolades.
