Mousam Banerjee

Mr Mousam Banerjee joined S-ILF in January 2026 as a Programme Officer.
Mousam is a social development professional with progressive experience since 2023 in CSR project implementation, financial inclusion, digital literacy, community engagement, and rural development. Before joining S-ILF Mousam worked in Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Pvt. Ltd., supporting field implementation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, documentation, and MIS reporting. As a Centre Manager for CRISIL Foundation’s Moneywise Centre for Financial Literacy Project, led by RBI, he managed financial literacy initiatives across three blocks of Bankura district. Mousam holds an MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and a B.Ed degree. Mousam is committed to creating sustainable and meaningful social impact. Outside work, he enjoys reading Bengali novels, travelling and gardening.
