Ms Nikita Dipak Shishupal joined S-ILF as a Programme Assistant in Pune office in October 2024. She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. She has experience of working on education, women’s awareness program, and livelihood initiatives, Currently in her role, she supports programme implementation and administrative coordination across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. Her key interests include counselling and mental health. In her free time, she enjoys reading, solo travelling, and exploring new cuisines.
