Nitesh Kumar Mahto

Mr Nitesh Kumar Mahto joined S-ILF in February 2025 as a Programme Officer. Nitesh has over three years of experience in rural development and community health. He holds an MBA in Rural Management from Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa.
Since 2022, he has been working at the grassroots level across Jharkhand and Bihar. He spent 1.7 years in Littipara, Pakur, supporting Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) through community development, health awareness, and service linkage initiatives. He also worked as a Senior Branch Manager at Cashpor Micro Credit, promoting financial inclusion and facilitating Tele-OPD health services for Below Poverty Line (BPL) families.
His key strengths include community systems strengthening, program implementation, financial management, and data-based monitoring.
