Swarup Ranjan Chhatria is working at S-ILF as an assistant program manager in the states of Chhattisgarh and Odisha. He comes with more than 13 year of experience in the BPO and development sector. He has worked with various organisations like Aegis, Child Smile, World Vision India, Srusti Trust, Toshali Women’s College, Livolink Foundation, and Access Development Services. His areas of interest are child rights, malnutrition, environment awareness, migration labour, education, and women empowerment.

Swarup hails from Balangir, a small district in the state of Odisha. He graduated in Arts from Sambalpur University.  Apart from his professional responsibilities, he has an interest in reading novels, visiting places, and savouring new dishes.
