Dr Bommisetty Shyam Babu Naidu has done post-graduation in social work, PGDCA and completed PhD in Gerontology. He has a decade of experience in the development sector. He has earned experience in the fields of sanitation, research, ODF, HIV/ AIDS, training (MoT, ToT) etc. He has experience & sound knowledge in fieldwork with National, state, and district-level rural development programs.

He has worked with organisations like RSETIs, MI, and PSI and his previous experiences are of working with the sector flagships (SBM/APSACS/APSSDC/EDP etc.) and allied projects related to health, skill development, etc.

He has attended and presented papers at 3 International seminars, 5 International Webinars, 200 National level seminars, and 3 journal publications.

He joined S-ILF as a zonal program coordinator for Southern States. Shyam is a poet and a mimicry artist as well.
