Jayanta Das
Program Officer

Mr Jayanta Das has joined S-ILF as a Program Officer for the states of Assam, Tripura, and West Bengal. Before joining S-ILF, he worked on a UNICEF project focused on Social and Behavioural Change communication. Additionally, he served as a mentor at Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University in Morigaon College, Assam, and contributed as a team member at Economic Development for Common People, an NGO in his home district.

Jayanta holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Dibrugarh University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Guwahati University. A native of Morigaon District, Assam, he enjoys music, poetry, outdoor activities, and travel in his free time.
