Mr Nitesh Kumar Mahto has joined S-ILF as a program officer for the Bihar and Jharkhand regions. Nitesh has over 2.5 years of experience in the rural development sector. He holds an MBA in Rural Management from Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa. He has worked extensively with Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs), spending 1.7 years in Littipara, Pakur, Jharkhand; focusing on community development. Additionally, he served as a Senior Branch Manager at Cashpor Micro Credit for one year, leading financial inclusion initiatives for families below the poverty line (BPL). His expertise includes community development, project implementation, staff management, and financial management.
