Abhimanyu Maharana
Assistant Program Manager
Mr Abhimanyu Maharana is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in livelihood, education, health, and skill development. Before joining S-ILF, he was working as a District Program Coordinator with WASSAN under the Odisha Shree Anna Abhiyan project. His role involved coordinating with NGOs, government bodies, and Farmer Producer Organisations to promote millet production, processing, and marketing.
Before this, he worked as a State Coordinator with Centum Work Skills India Limited, monitoring and supporting vocational education under the Odisha School Education Programme Authority. He also served as a Medical Record Assistant at the District IDSP Cell in Phulbani, where he managed data entry, reporting, and training for health workers.
Abhimanyu has extensive experience in skill development, having worked as a Centre Coordinator for Shahi Exports and a Centre Manager for IL&FS Skills Development Corporation. He holds an MA in Rural Development from Odisha State Open University and possesses strong skills in project management, monitoring, evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.
