Gourav Kumar Jha has recently joined S-ILF as a Program Officer for the states of Bihar and Jharkhand. He has an experience of four years in the development sector. Before joining S-ILF, Gourav worked with PRAGYA as an Assistant Project Officer; PAN-IIT Alumni Reach for Jharkhand Foundation as a Block mobilisation executive and also in Going to School India, as an assistant program officer.
He carries an experience in public health, disaster management, agriculture, skill development, education, child rights, and entrepreneurship. Gourav has done a master’s in social work and graduated in Physics.
Gourav is a fond lover of vegetarian food and he loves to travel. A child of parents with academic background, he is influenced by the thoughts of Swami Vivekanand.
